All orders are subject to acceptance by Lemora Limited. Upon receipt of your order, we will provide a formal quotation including detailed specifications, pricing, and estimated delivery timeline. Orders become binding upon your written acceptance of the quotation.

2. Pricing and Payment

Prices are quoted in EUR or USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes, shipping, and installation costs unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are as follows:

  • 50% deposit upon order confirmation
  • 50% balance before shipment
  • Custom payment terms available for enterprise customers

3. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on product configuration and availability. We ship worldwide using reputable carriers with full insurance coverage. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery.

4. Warranty

All Lemora Limited servers come with a standard warranty covering:

Lemora Limited's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our products.
